What data does it read from our systems?

It reads meeting titles and attendees from Calendar, and (optionally) reads Deal Stage, ACV, and recent activity from Salesforce or HubSpot. Named individuals are redacted before hitting the model, utilizing Zero-Data-Retention (ZDR) endpoints.

Can managers see the transcripts?

Yes. Unlike generic HR tools, Sales Call Coach is built for enablement. Managers have full visibility to review their direct reports' transcripts, score sessions against rubrics, and provide deal-specific coaching. VP/CRO levels see aggregated team heatmaps.

Do you support live meeting intelligence (like Gong)?
